It starts with a love of cheese...
I have no recollection of my life without cheese. From a little girl perched on a stool grating Parmagiano-Reggiano in my grandmother’s kitchen, to an enthusiastic college student excited to return home to share her newest cheese discovery, I’ve reached my present state of being truly cheese obsessed! Through this passage, I found that the more that I learned about cheese — the way it’s handcrafted, the dedicated farmers who raise the dairy animals, its various nuances and personalities — the greater my appreciation and enjoyment of this glorious food. I started C'est le Cheese so that others could share this delicious experience.
