Advance registration and payment is required. Register and pay securely using PayPal. Registration fee for each class is $50.00. ("Port, Chocolate and Cheese" and "Crème de la Crème" are $55.00.) If you have any questions please call us at 916.761.7674.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable toward future classes, provided cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. In the unlikely event of a class cancellation, you may choose to have a refund.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, we'll greet you with a tasty amuse bouche to enjoy as you sign in and meet your classmates. All classes include generous cheese samples, wines or beverage pairings and a variety of accompaniments.

Seating is assigned. Please advise us upon registration if you are part of a group that would like to be seated together or if you have a special request or need.
