classes & Events

You will be greeted with an amuse-bouche and beverages and will be savoring scrumptious morsels throughout class.

Advance registration is required for all events and classes.  If you are unable to attend a function you signed up for  your registration is transferable or, if you notify us within 48 hours of the start of the class, we are happy to issue you a credit that can be used toward a future class or event within 1 year.  If your reservation is for a party of 4 or more, 72 hour notice is required for credit.  In the event of a class cancellation or date change, a refund or credit will be offered



C'EST LE CHEESE “In The Kitchen” Series:

Enjoy the experience of discovering delicious cheeses, learn hands on culinary skills and see how great cheese can transform simple recipes into extraordinary dishes.  Classes are limited to 16 students and will take place in the beautiful state-of-the-art Culinary Center at American River College.

Cheese Appetizers

Tapas, meze, small bites and the world of cheesy, melty appetizers are everybody’s favorite way to eat.  We will create an array of innovative and easy- to- assemble cheese appetizers.  Dazzle friends and family -- and yourself!  We will also demonstrate techniques for plate presentation and garnishing!
